An unprecedented investment of up to £1.3 billion across nine headline programmes delivering over 36 individual projects throughout South West Wales. 2025 marked the halfway point in the 15-year delivery plan, with major construction completions including Canolfan Pentre Awel in Llanelli and the Digital Infrastructure Programme connecting hard-to-reach communities.
